Level 1 outpatient substance use counseling to help you eliminate or reduce substance use, problem gambling and associated high-risk behaviors. I incorporate techniques from the following theoretical frameworks in my practice; cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectic behavioral therapy, behaviorism, trauma resiliency model and motivational enhancement.
Life coaching helps people identify changes they want to make in their daily life, determine small steps they can take to move towards their goals and sustain their motivation for implementing lifestyle changes.
Life coaching can be particularly helpful for neurodivergent individuals who need help developing new strategies for accomplishing their goals that compliment their neurotype.
I am a Licensed Addiction Counselor (BBH-LAC-LIC-56959). My license was issued by the State of Montana's Board of Behavioral Health.
I graduated from Milligan University with undergraduate degrees in Business Administration and Social Work in 2018. I graduated from Grand Canyon University with a master's degree in Addiction Counseling in 2021. I completed a 12-month training program with the International ADHD Coach Training Center to become a Certified ADHD Life Coach (CALC) and am working towards credentialing with the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
